Mr. A. G. Ashok a Law Graduate heading Scorpion Group of Companies since 1983. The Group is involved in spectrum of business activities like security and safety systems, clearing and forwarding, housing projects, exports of medicare items etc., He was holding various ex officio Government posts like member of Telecom / Telephone Advisory Committee and Railways Consultative Committee (Southern Region) and he was Chief Organizer for Tree Planting & Environment Protection Committee, Bangalore Cantonment and he was advisor to Industrial Security Consultants Association, Bangalore. He is also associated with many socio economic organizations and sitting in various boards of NGOs. He was awarded UDYOG RATTAN in 1991 from deputy Speaker of Lok Sabha and UDYOG PRAGATHI in 1994 By Governor of Karnataka. He was also selected for the ‘OUTSTANDING BUSINESSMAN AWARD’ by Crown Financial Ministries, USA in 2004.

C.Dorairaj, M.A., B.L., I.P.S., retired as Additional Director General of Police of Tamil Nadu in 1993, During 33 years of service, he held several important posts including superintendent of Police of 7 districts, D.I.G. of Police of 6 ranges, Chairman, Pallavan Transport Corporation, Inspector General of Prisons, Inspector General of Police, Crime Branch, C.I.D., Commissioner of Police, Chennai and Additional D.G.P., Vigilance. He was awarded the All India Police Medal for Meritorious Service in 1990.

Brig.Gerald John Gonsalves

Brig.Gerald John GonsalvesTook active part in the 1971 operations against Pakistan on the Western Front as an Adjutant of an Infantry Battalion (15 Maratha Light Infantry).

He was posted abroad (from 17 Maratha Light Infantry) in charge of the Infantry Team to establish a Training Academy in Botswana, South Africa,

He was in charge of training Commando’s of the Indian and Foreign Armies at Belgaum and later commanded the Commando School. He Was involved in training officers  and men in counter insurgency war fare.

Was in command of an Infantry Battalion (18 Maratha Light Infantry) on the active Uri sector in Kashmir against Pakistan and later took the Battalion to Sri Lanka in the IPKF Operations. This involved Man and equipment Management, training and administration of over a thousand men.

Commanded a renowned Brigade in Uttaranchal. This involved Man and Equipment Management of over four thousand personnel.

He was the Deputy General Officer Commanding a Division in Ladakh, of which the Kargil Sector was a part. Besides operational commitments, it involved a great deal of planning for stocking in the winter months for troops in the heights of Siachen Glacier, administering troops and their morale in such in hospitable terrain. Had to control expenditure of over a crore a day.

He was Deputy Military Secretary to the General Officers Commanding in Chief of the Army Training Command and Western Command which involved HR Development of over thousands of officers in each command. He was Military Assistant to the Vice Chief of the Army Staff before his retirement.

R.S. Kalyan Shetty, IPS Retired as Deputy Commissioner of Police ( Superintendent of Police incharge of Bangalore Dist) Held various posts and assignments in the Karnataka Police. Also held very sensitive responsibilities and handled risky situations in the path of his Police life. He won laurels of the Government for handling Trade Union activities very diligently and carefully in the industrial sector. And in the process he acquired vast knowledge and specialized in the areas of industrial sabotage, trade union conspiracies, crisis management, evacuation and terrorism.
